What makes it useful

Raw filings are scattered across thousands of documents and inconsistent labels. Each product does the reading for the agent.

Company brief

Financials, insider activity, material events and big new stakes for any ticker, summarized in plain words.

Signal, not noise

Open-market buys and sales are separated from awards and tax withholding, and pre-planned 10b5-1 trades are flagged.

Cluster buys

Three or more insiders buying within 30 days is flagged automatically.

Clean financials

Labels that changed over the years are combined and missing fourth quarters derived, so trends line up.

Events that matter

8-K items decoded and ranked: restatements, auditor changes and bankruptcies first, routine items last.

Yield curve

Daily Treasury yields with the 10Y-2Y and 10Y-3M spreads and inversion flags.

Not investment advice. This is data from public filings and x402Pulse analysis of it, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

No stock prices. x402Pulse doesn't sell market quotes; insider trade prices are the prices reported in the filings.

Filings, as filed. Insiders have two business days to report trades; companies report financials quarterly. Check linked filings before acting.

Pre-planned trades. Sales under 10b5-1 plans are scheduled in advance and usually say less about an insider's view than spontaneous trades.
